4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Booking Process

By booking any Service, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged
• Provide accurate contact information for confirmations and updates
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Bring appropriate attire and equipment as specified

4.2 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes
• We accept payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and cash
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice for existing bookings
• Package purchases are non-transferable unless explicitly stated
• Corporate accounts may have special payment terms as agreed separately

4.3 Refunds and Cancellations

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both students and instructors:

• Individual Lessons: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty
• Group Programs: Refunds are available up to 7 days before the program start date, minus a 10% administrative fee
• No-shows: Failure to attend without proper cancellation results in forfeiture of the session fee
• Weather Cancellations: Sessions cancelled due to severe weather will be rescheduled at no additional cost
• Medical Emergencies: With proper documentation, we offer flexible rescheduling or refund options

5. Facility Use and Conduct

5.1 Facility Rules

While using our facilities, you agree to:

• Follow all posted rules and safety guidelines
• Treat equipment, facilities, and property with respect
• Maintain appropriate behavior and language at all times
• Respect other users' space and learning environment
• Follow dress code requirements (collared shirts, appropriate footwear)
• Refrain from bringing outside food or beverages without permission

5.2 Safety Requirements

• Follow all safety instructions from staff immediately
• Report any equipment damage or safety hazards promptly
• Use equipment only as intended and instructed
• Supervise children under your care at all times
• Refrain from practicing if under the influence of alcohol or drugs

5.3 Photography and Recording

To protect privacy and maintain a professional environment:

• Photography or video recording of other students without consent is prohibited
• Commercial photography requires prior written permission
• We may photograph or record sessions for training or promotional purposes with your consent
• You grant us permission to use general facility photos that may include you in the background

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website and in our programs, including but not limited to:

• Text, images, logos, and graphics
• Instructional materials and curriculum
• Videos and audio recordings
• Software and technical solutions
• Trademarks and service marks

are owned by or licensed to FusionGrid Golf Academy and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6.2 Your Content

By submitting content to us (such as reviews, photos, or videos), you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for business purposes
